Question cd player does not read disc

Hi there, I'm new to the forum and acuras for that matter so I need some advice. Just bought a 2001 3.2tl and the cd player isnt working. The radio works fine but the when I put in a disk it ejects the disk after a couple of seconds. This car does not have a disc changer or navi. Anybody have any ideas???? Also I dont have an owners manual for the car so if there are any fuses that could be causing this I dont know. Thanks

There is a guy named Martin who has fixed other's CD players (for 3G TL's), and probably other years as well. I only have an email for him, he is located in east Florida. Email him your questions, maybe he can help?

My CD player just recently stopped playing them, and I plan to contact him in the future.

I had this same problem these cd players they dont read burned cds only original CDs, you might want to try an original CD before condemning it as no good. If it works then the player is fine.
