Bypassing Dual Xdvd8181 Parking Wire

This does not work on all xdvd8181 models.. give it a try though if you hate that blue screen that keeps you from having ( your passengers) watch movies..
remember, it is ILLEGAL TO HAVE A SCREEN WHERE THE DRIVER CAN SEE IT in most states, exept for navigation screens. so DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
- first thing... make sure the parking brake cable is grounded.
- Insert a DVD and let it play.
- As soon as you hear sound, press stop TWICE.
- Enter code 26604
- Press enter
Good luck and be safe! movies are distracting while you drive...

Would it just be easier to ground the parking brake wire?
