What are some good amps to power these speakers @ 125watts RMS or close to it at 3 ohms beside the JL amps? or better yet who ever has these speakers what amps are u currently pushing them with? i looked at some ARC and Zapco amps but i couldnt find any amps that were 125x4 and 3ohms..thanks

Hate to admit this, but I'm currently installing these speakers in my TL and I'm using the JL e4300 to power them. They are going to be way underpowered, but they are only my rear speakers. I'm using the Boston Z6s in front with a JL 300/4 bridged to two channels.

outside of jl and some others, i doubt you will find an amp with a 3 ohm rating. if anything, i think the amp will "round up" to 4 ohms for you...or split the difference?? alpine has the mrv-f545 rated at 125Wx4 but may arrive with a birth sheet closer to 150. it's decent and fairly cheap if you got the hook up.

I've heard that the Pro60's are incredibly power hungry and require upwards of 300w each to get the mids moving. You may want to go with a comp set that requires less power to bring out it's full potential.

In my previous car I had Boston Z6's in the front and Boston RM9's (best 6x9's they ever made) in the back (GM car). I was using 2 JL 300/2 amps to power them all. The JL amp powered the Z6's to perfection.
I'd suggest going with a JL 300/2 for the Pro6's as well.
