(Bluetooth) Pairing a HTC EVO with my TSX

Just got my HTC EVO and successfully paired it with my '09 Acura TSX's Bluetooth system. The combo works great for incoming calls, or voice commanded calls via my cars system. My problem is, when I initiate a call from my EVO, I cannot figure out how to get the phone to transfer the call to the cars audio system. My last phone, a Instict HD, simply did this by as soon as the call was placed on the phone. This is a really annoying problem that makes the phone unsafe to use as it requires much more hands on operation. Am I missing something? Is there a hidden setting that I am over looking?

I think you're supposed to hit the talk button and say "transfer" but I'm not 100% on that.

Using the Transfer button does work with the HTC EVO... I was hoping for it to work like my Instinct HD. It automatically transfered the call one you started the car.
