What do u think is the best Subwoffer in the market rite now, in regards to the Quality, price and just being overall the the best Subwoffer to Purchase ??

 

What is normal price? is 350 too much for a single 10"?

JL Audio, Kicker, and Boston Acoustic are a few that come to mind. IMO these are great subs....

The best sub is something that is subjective. What you think is best and what I think is best might be completly different.

My advice to you is to set up a price range that you can afford and go listen to some in various setup's aka sealed box, ported box, bandpass enclosure.

 

I prefer Bazooka's myself...

How does it sound? Is the basss tight?

 

NSXNEXT - I can't believe that 10" box puts out so much sound! I have it running off a Phoenix Gold amp pushing 400 watts to the sub. Freakin' awesome. The port is right underneath the empty Bose subwoofer hole so it ports right into the car - although I did fill the empty subwoofer grill with a thick piece of foam to stop trunk noise from entering the cabin. I'm just finishing my trunk re-design (carpet and vinyl are done) and hooking everything back up so I'll post pics in a couple days.

And it hits hard for a single 10". It won't shake the neighbor's wall when you drive by but there is more than enough sound for inside the car and 20' around it. Sounds good with all kinds of music from Tupac to Sevendust.

how much did it all cost you? from alumapro to the amp to installation and everything.

 

Bought my two amps and subwoofer from StreetEffectz. The Alumapro sub was $300, Phoenix Gold ZX400 amp (for subwoofer) was a round $450.
I have a PG ZX475 amp powering the Infinity door spkrs also. Did all the installation and wiring myself.
