best sub solution

well i miss having subs in my car and since i just got the carputer in i really want to add just one sub.. I will have roughly 600-800 for 1 SUB and 1 AMP to power the sub. What can you recommend on the combo. Thanks!

8" Kicker L7 with Kicker/alpine/JL amp. 8 gauge wire. The sub can handle 900 watts peak, 450 watts RMS. I enjoy it because its small and no one expects it when they check out whats making them float in their seat. Im actually selling my 2 channel audiobahn amp on ebay, 1600 watts....lemme know.

what about the jl 12w6v2 and a phoenix gold 5.0:1! only $525 shipped and I think i can build the box by myself...
