Angry Belly-up, boys! Need hands-on TSX wiring help

I've run new speaker wire thru the molex on the TSX drivers side-but where do you snake the wire thru the body? I know its a pokie-feelie kinda thing. Yeah, there's a simple plastic cover over the hole, like the passenger side-- but I can't work the wire thru the hole. Left? Right? Up or Down? Anybody?

Don't really follow you. I ran new wire through to the passenger's door, but never encountered a plastic cover - are you referring to the rubber boot that goes over the factory wire harness? The passenger door wire harness connects inside the car, so the boot is unobstructed, the driver's door however connects at the door and I wasn't able to run new wire through it. If you have some pics, I'd like to see them, I would like to be able to get some wire to the driver's door.

Is this what you mean (pass side):

Wow! I got the snake thru! I new it would go eventually-but 3 hours of probing. Sorry, guys. I was referring to the hole on the chassis that leads to the side of the dash/interior of the car, from the DS door. I drilled/enlarged a square available on the 'blue' block plug/connector, on the DS door itself--and the corresponding white connector, which leads to the interior of the DS door (Non-Nav 05 TSX). Similar to the 12Volt tutorial here:

Ah. Didn't think it was possible without drilling a hole. Thanks for the link.

Looking at/facing the blue connector, lower left-hand corner, is a square opening (05 TSX-Non-NAV) that corresponds to an opening on the white molex, that is attached to the DS door. Note that the molex attached to the DS door, is removed by pushing/releasing the clips INTO the DS door panel. I ran 16g wire thru the slightly enlarged openings. 18 guage might have made it without drilling at least the blue connector. The slippery insulation 'Goop' caused the connector to slip/twist in my hand--SO drill slowly; backing off-and then forward again, gradually enlarging the hole with several drill bit sizes--and mindfull of the adjacent wired connections. Drilling as I did, also removed plastic shards that could have blocked the 16 guage speaker wire from passing thru. It was still a snug fit for the 16g wire after drilling--so care must be given when feeding the new wire thru both blue connector and DS door molex. Also, unlike the 12VOLT tutorial, I did not have to split the wire-nor drill two holes on the blue connector, or DS door molex! Hope this helps.

I'm back. To see clearly the where-to-drill opening on the blue connector; I used a short length of heavy duty trimmer line to clean-out the insulation 'Goop' blocking the path. Believe me, it was not difficult. Just take your time. I'm moving on to post on an easy way to 'line up' your new speakers and spacers to the door panel speaker opening-without putting the door panel on 'n off til they line up.
