Bel 980 or Valentine 1

Im debating between the two, I have read many reviews that the Bel 980 is far superior than the valentine 1.

Does anyone have any personal feedback on any of these devices.

Thanks.

I owned both, if your going to stay less than 15 over the speed limit go with the 980. If your going with the big boys over the top, go with the best, V-1. It will be the best investment you`ve made in a long time.

so i guess those radar reviews dont mean anything, because they say the Bell beats the Valentine, but your opinion having used both holds more weight with me.

Whered you get your Valentine 1?

When I first took delivery of my 03' TL-S in May the first place I drove was to Alliance Rd. to pick one up at the factory . Kinda nice not having to mail order it with all that anticipation.

Well I received my Vantine1 today! Took a ride with it, and makes driving a lil more interesting thats for sure!

I am having it professionally installed and hardwired on the 17th.

I have the Passport 8500. Do I love it? NO. Do I hate it? NO. I've been ticket free for two years, though...and I've shown more than one BMW 325 who it's Daddy is!!!!

Check out the specs at www.radartest.com

Lot's of Ford vs. Chevy BS. Look for good old fashioned non-biased party reviews.

I wouldn't trade mine for a V1 but that doesn't mean the V1 isn't better. Just my $0.02

Take care,
bozzchem
