Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't that a sealed enclosure? If so, you need to turn that box around and get the bass you are looking for. Firing into the seats is cutting output in 1/2

You are correct. It is sealed. I have more bass than I'll ever (really) use. Would I get a different sounding bass or more volume? Right now, I have the remote knob at only 25%. When I bump it, The whole car shakes with no rattling. which I absolutly did not want.

If you are happy with the sound, then by all means keep it how it is. You will get better sounding bass with the box turned the opposite direction, but at the sime time you increase overall volume just because of increased air travel.
