TL: audio help~!!!!
Hey fellow members, I have a question. I have a 2000 TL with navigation. I was wondering what kind of deck I can install that is compatible with the navigation. I also wanted to know what size is the sub in the back, and whats a good replacement for it, along with the other front and rear speakers. Thanks.
I'm willing to spend up to 300 on the deck, and around 300 for all speakers +sub. Any suggestions?

i guess i can spend up to whatever. i dont think money is a big issue for me. but what i mean compatible is that the navigation, when it speaks to u, it adjusts the volume of your current music and plays it out. but if u install an aftermarket headunit i believe u lose the voice of the navigation.
Generally speaking, factory doesn't play with aftermarket.
You could install a processor (MS8 would be my choice) and that could serve as an additional input for things like bluetooth sound and ipod or other playback device, as well as your active crossover / time alignment / etc. device that can link up with the outputs of the stock navi unit and process that signal, then output to the speakers/sub/amps you might have in mind in an integrated fashion.
