I'm not looking for a system that you will hear two blocks away. I'm just looking for a little more sound.

What is your opinion on a 10" bazooka with a built in AMP?

Thank you in advance,

Malik

Malic,
Good question,
I'm pretty new to this stuff and have not even researched subs yet. Run a search for "subs" and/or "bazooka" and you will find a boat load of info.

let me know what you find and good luck.

Iggy

I have heard that the Bazooka tubes are ok. But If i were you go wit one 10inch woofer in a sealed box wit around 150 to 200 watts rms. I got one 12 wit 300 watts RMS I am gonna turn the amp down to somewhere around 200 watts though.

i personally wouldnt go with a bazooka tube but a nice sealed box with 1 10 or 1 12 will hit nicely and you could fun around a 300-500 watt amp( depending on sub) to it and it will sound nice... you can adjust the gains on the amp accordng to how loud , quiet you like your bass

attn: dnd2984,
962.5tl (please give your input too)

Did you keep the factory radio and speakers? What type of AMP do you recommend? Also a two channel AMP should be sufficient, yes or no ?

I want to make sure my next move is the right move!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks in advance

whatever you decide to do, just make sure you bypass the factory sub amp behind the rear seat, otherwise you will have wierd problems with the sound quality... and no, no spekaer swap is necessary... if you have the right amp... my JL converts the signal no problem. never sounded better with my 2 10w3's...
