Anyone in Winston Salem, help?
I got an email form my uncle this morning and long story short, He is looking to get a radio and changer installed and somehow I am now the person in the entire family to ask about this stuff. Anyway I know it is a fairly easy install for most anyone, but given that my rep is on the line, any one know a good shop or installer in the Winston Salem area?
Thanks in advance,
Scott

I've heard Car Hi-Fi is a good place. I don't know their phone number but the place is off of Knollwood Street/Stratford Road intersection beside the bank and across the street from Arby's. I don't have a phone number. I hope this helps
When I lived there I got some installed at a place off Silas Creek.
I cant remember then name but it was across the street from the bigger shopping area with harris teeter, bed, bath and beyond, The carving board, a smothee place, and such. I think you know what im talking about.

That's Stratford Road, not Silas Creek. The shopping strip you're talking about is Thruway Shopping Center.
Custom Car Hi-fi sells various brands of systems. Not sure if they have a website though.

On head units I believe they carry Alpine, Pioneer, Kenwood and Clarion (?). Jay (owner) is a real good guy.
Jay can be emailed at cchifi@aol.com
