anyone heard Infinity Perfects?

The car stereo shop I talked to recommended them for the CLS because the tweeters are high in the door. He said this would give me smoother sounding highs. What do you all think?

yO, i have. They are pretty good, but they sound better in a closed box. Which needs a huge amount of power to power it if you want hard hitting baSs.

peace out

i think someone is confused, you are referring to the perfect 6.1 components, for the front doors, right? well if you are, yes they are one of the smoothest mid range speakers, i guarantee they have a better bass response than anything but focal, although at a third the price as focals flagship speaker. I sell boston, infinity, xtant, and others, so if you want a well balanced speaker, the infinity is it, and i can tell you that you won't have problems fitting if your installer knows what they're doing. hope this helps

mods include:
Xtant 6.5" components front and rear
xta603x
2 xtant 12" X series subs
plexi box front and rear with 2way mirror, sliding amp rack
clifford avant guard 4 alarm:AEM CAI and pulleys
Comptech headers on the way

No, I work at Ultimate Electronics, in Albuquerque, we are not in Dallas, but I have shipped many things there before, because I am from Lewisville, and my parents still live there.

I don't know much about Infinity , but I replaced my front Bose with Focal (165k2) and they produced the sweetest sounds. You can order them cheap from www.westernaudio.com and yes they will ship...

I did a complete Infinity Perfect system in a ford explorer about 3 weeks ago, and i would say it was one of the best sounding systems I have ever heard, we put the 6.1 components front and rear running off of a Sony ES amp, with 3 10" perfects in the rear running off of 3 seperate ES amps. This thing sounded so clean and precise... plus you could hear it from a few miles away... I definatly recomend their stuff. And since that install, I want to upgrade myself to perfect subs to replace my boston pro's.
