Okay - so I've got a few questions before I continue my upgrades

I started with the standard 5-speaker stock system - I added tweeters in the doors which give me much better highs, but they added this annoying hiss to the system (anyway to minimize or eliminate?)

I already have 2 kenwood amps (65x2 and 60x2). I'm not really a big fan of the sub and will probably just disconnect it, but I was thinking of replacing all 4 door speakers with JL Audio 6.5 upfront and back (or are they 6x9???) and bypass the Bose HU eq so I don't have to replace it. Would this sound okay temporarily?

I'd probably upgrade the HU several months down the line...

Also - if I keep the Bose HU, do I need to buy a specific bose wire harness for each amp?
