Post amping factory speakers

what will i gain? clarity? volume? whats the difference between upgrading my speakers or amping it? also, whats the minimum wattage RMS you guys recommend? im guessing anything above 140 or so?

as of for amping you will gain clarity and they will be louder just make sure you get a clean amp and a cross over. oh by the way i heard the stock speakers are 1 ohm so you have to get a amp stable that low in ohms or you will just wind up blowing your amp

Replace your OEM speakers mr tl. I'm replacing mine and I can't tell you how cheap these things are. They are 6" paper and cloth speakers. Don't waste youy time connecting them to an amp. I see now why there are no highs and no lows on the Bose!

I'll take a pic of the POS spkr and post it!

ive seen the speaker. ummm, what speaker do you guys recommend. the thing IS, i already have REAL highs and lows. and i dont want a speaker that messes that up. or else it'll sound like mice are singing. so i dont want a built in tweeter. so what should i consider?
