I wanted to run the main power along the left rocker and the RCA and remote on along the right rocker. the only problem is that I cant seem to find a way to get the wires past the back seat. Ive tried speading the top and bottom part of the seats apart and still cant find a gap, Any suggestions or tips on how you guys got the wires into the trunk would be great.

 

what generation TL do you have? You will most likely have to take out the rear seats to run your wiring ... I did.

yeah sorry, its a third gen. 2002 tl-s. i figured that i would have to take the rear seat out. i was really hoping there would be an easyer way tho.

 

Uh... that would be a 2nd gen I am almost certain!

And, the seat comes out really easily. A few bolts and she's out.

 

WOW. yeah it is a 2nd gen, i dont kno were my mind is. lol. i saw a forum on how to remove the back seat and now the jobs done. thanks.
