Amp & Subs Hook-Up

Amp & Subs Hook-Up
I am trying to hook-up an amp with subs, but not sure where to splice in the rca inline converter. Is there a factory external amp for the sub in the back, cause I wanna bypass it. Can somebody help me or give me their own idea for the best amp hook-up.
