some amps just do this, shouldnt be a problem if everything is working fine, just an annoyance.

dude thats really bad, when it does that it means your amps can blow at any point and cause the car to catch on fire.

Just kidding. Its nothing major. Like my fellow TLers said, lower the gains and play with the frequency a little and it should correct itself. If it does not, don't worry its nothing that will cause your amps to die or ruin your system.

I know how annoying that can get though. I went through it in my first Integra and it pissed me off immensely. I used to hate turning off the radio when a chick was in my car, it made me feel so crunchy.

Two solutions. 1. mask the problem by using a remote timer to turn off your amps and head unit at different times. 2. truly solve the problem and brake the ground loop that you have by changing your ground (deck and amp grounds can both cause it)

Thumbs up

Im getting the same problem in my cl-s.
I found the bose amp which is located next to the jack in the trunk but don't know which wire it is. I remember some one telling me its a orange or yellow cable but there both not it.

Also try this. Pull out your RCA's them power it up any noise. If not it is in your signal circuit. If the noise is still there try looking in your power and grounds or maybe remote turnon.

I used the yellow cable for my remote wire. I wouldn't suggest using it for your power. I ran a 8 guage wire from the battery to the trunk. If you look under the drivers side dash there is a spot where you can run the wire through the firewall with out drilling. Its a rubber bushing type thing with other things going through it.
