where do i connect the power for amp to the battery. i'm installing my sub soon and i want to do this. i don't want to drill a hole in my firewall. i know there is an unused hole somewhere.. btw, i have a 2001 CL-P.. does anyone have a pic of their engine bay that shows where their wires are running from? greatly appreciated it someone did that for me.

 

fire wall ... ? you just cut a little hole on the rubber peice and stick your power wire through there.

you connect the power wire to the postive terminal of the battery

 

well i ran my wire through the fender, then through the gourmet thats on the driver's side door, the rest is the same under the sills and the back seat into the trunk.....works fine.....

 

i'm sorry, no offense but if you should be asking this question, i don't know if you should be completing this install...

but to answer your question... positive terminal... and there is a rubber plug towards the center of the firewall... u can just push it out with a screwdriver, then snake your power line through there and it will come out under the driver side dash area...

details please on where you cut the hole and run the wire? i know you connect it to the positive i just can't figure out which hole you run it through and where that leads. i know my integra, i just unplugged a grommet and it came through fine.. but with my CL, i'm not sure. anyone have pics? i'd greatly appreciate it.

 

I would also like to see if anyone has pics of where this is exactly at before I start my install.
