ok guys so i have a jl audio 500/1 running to 1 kicker L7. and im also using a 1.5 farad capacitor. system was working fine then i got in the car the other day and no bass. looked in the trunk and capacitor was blinking all zero's. then i disconnected the capacitor and ran the wiring str8 to the amp. still no sound. checked the fuse and it was perfectly fine. now heres where it gets tricky. the amp's power light is still on even with no power wire connected. only the ground and remote are connected. when i remove the ground no light. when i reattatch the ground the power lgiht is on again. any input. what could be the cause of the problem??
