first of all, lanzar??? and 15"??? i had a 15" in my old car but that's when i wanted bass you can hear down the block. and two 15"??? this of course is only my opinion. but for 15" you really need to push them with a lot of power. many ppl here like phoenix gold. i want to get brax of zapco. two real high quality amps. expensive as hell though. i heard jl audio is not bad.

Read my profile. I like the amp and it comes with a bass adjustment knob (mine is mounted by the cruise pn/off switch.

And yes, the sub does improve the sound quality considerably.

I have a single 12. I am not sure how overkill 2 15s will be.

I have a phoenix gold I use on my JL Stealthbox, it kicks serious ass. I have heard the new JL amps are a bit better though. when it comes to this everyone has their own opinion

A system is probally 75% install and 25% products. Alot of different things will effect how your stereo sounds besides the amp.

First, decide if your going ported or sealed. Ported is louder, sealed sounds better.

Then get on Lanzars and find the box specs for those subs. You should build to their specs for the best results.

Then look at the amp. I personally don't like instore brands like fosgate, kicker, kenwood, pioneer, and I can give orion a little credit. Go to www.sounddomain.com and look in the shopping section. I used to have an autotek stealth xs-1500.1, which is a TOP of the line amp. Its a little pricey at $650 but you can get it for cheaper at other places. Sounddomain also has one of the best forums for caraudio. But go there and register and ask on there, people know their shit at that site.

I don't find anything wrong with my rockford fosgate power 800.4 amp..it may be the instore stuff...but it powers my 4 10's good enough..yes i know i could have gotten a better system with the money i put into the one i have now...but mistakes are supposed to be made..and i made one...go to www.sounddomain.com and check out the forum too..do a search for amps and stuff..that forum will have a good list of the best amps...

Shay is right. Soundstream makes some fine amps..........my personal favorite. The Rubicon series is what i would get. The only thing else I would settle for is the JL Audio 500/1. You want to be careful with the power you give them....to little will sound like shit, and u can mess up your subs. Good luck dude.........D

Soundstream is pretty sweet, but I still like my orion amp. It's got some balls.
