Yes, you just have to get the correct adapter for it to hook up to your stock deck.

I had a 96 2.5, I believe we share the same head unit, in order to hook up the Alpine 6 disk changer, you need a special din cable, which you can find easily from most car audio shop, and the hook up is easy, one end of the din cable to the head unit and the other end go to the changer.

I pay $349 for mine 5 years ago including the cable, and you don't have to pull out the head unit to plug in the cable, the connection is on the left rear (driver side) of the head unit.

Where can I get the adapter? All I have is a regular changer with the cable that goes into an Alpine CD player with changer controls. Also how much did they run?

It is a din to din cable, which should run no more than 50 bucks, I get mine free when I purchase the changer.

OK wait, you have a 98 3.2 with a 601 changer and you just need the adapter for it, correct?

I got mine for $12 from a local shop long time (about 6 years) ago.
