Not that I know of. However, if you get an aftermarket alarm, you would only need to carry the aftermarket remote. The stock alarm with arm/disarm along with your aftermarket one.

Like said you would only need to carry the Aftermarket alarm remote. With a TL-S model you would give up the memory driver seat function from the factory remote. That function can still be used from the door. It all depends on what aftermarket alarm you get & what funtions. If you get remote start then your aftermarket remote would have that incorperated in it. The Master remote I have for my Clifford alarm allows you to adjust the alarms sensetivity if you want. I am sure if you get a window closer feature that would be in the remote also.

A good aftermarket alarm will be capable of controlling your memory seats too. So you don't have to give that feature up either.

there are some companies, like viper and crimeguard? (crutchfield item), that make factory alarm add-ons. i think it's like a slave model which basically adds more sensors.
