adding new subs to my stock 06 tsx w/navi?

I plan on getting a small subwoofer and amp system in my new tsx. Is it possible to install a small system while keeping the stock navigation and audio/video components? Will installing the subs mess up my factory navigation and controls?
thanks

Hey man, many people have done this.

If you only want to add a subwoofer it's not too hard at all. Just use a Line Out Converter and tap into the audio signal of the 6x9's in the rear deck. They are easy to get to. You'll use that for your audio signal and then run the power, remote and ground just like any other amp setup. It won't mess with the navi, audio or anything. You'll retain full functionality. Let me know if you have more q's. good luck!

Your local stereo shop shouldn't have any problem with this install. Good luck
