Adding Bass to a TSX need help!
Hey guys,
I am looking for help on a specific set-up that I have come across and I am planning to install in my 2005 Acura TSX, the components are as follows;
Amplifier;
Rocford Fosgate P450.2 Amplifier
Subwoofer;
Infinity Kappa Series Perfect 10.1 / 10” Subwoofer.
Box;
Sealed 10” Q-Bass box.
Couple questions, will the P450.2 be sufficient enough to drive my 10” subwoofer and my currently installed pioneer 6x9’s in my rear deck. After blowing my stock speakers in my vehicle and installing the Pioneer 3 way 6x9’s the bass has definitely improved but is lacking clarity the bass burps and I was wondering if I run one channel to my 6x9’s and the other channel to the 10” how would it sound? also what gauge wiring would I need to run with the amp?
Looking for any suggestions, input, or comments.
Gary.
