I have a question about wiring my new Rockford R500 amp to my CL-S. My headunit is stock and everything. I purchased a Scosche SLC-4 and am I suppose to wire the Front left right and Rear left and right speaker to the converter? I was told that I only need to tap the rear speakers since my amp is mono or something. Does this mean I cut the wire and tap into it? Should I solder it or is it ok if I just wrap electrical tape or something.
