99 ac not blowing strong.

Last year my ex girlfriend thought it would be a good present to smash up my car. I also have 98 3.2 tl so my 99 sat patiently on the lawn for a year til i had money to repair it. I got the car back yesterday and the ac doesn't blow even half as hard as my 98. The 99 just had front bumper, drivers side fender, hood, headlight, bulb, axle, 4 motor mounts new windshield plus a few other parts, so obviously i'd like to make this last me a while. AC is really important to me. The car did sit on a lawn for a year with tons of tree's and leaves and stuff. could the vents be blocked? Could replacing the cabin filter fix this? any other suggestions? I know with AC problems in the past it can get pricey which is why i figured i would ask the community for help so atleast i have an idea before i take it somewhere.

I think you may need to get the AC recharged. Collision repair shops should have this machine. I have no idea how much it costs to get recharged, but it shouldn't be over ~$100 (just a guess). Good luck!

wouldnt hurt to check the cabin air filter. After sitting outside, who knows what could be in there now.
