I flush mounted an 8'' screen in my dash for navigation. I used a
pioneer screen and nav, and a nakamichi cd 400 for my head unit.

i took these pics at night, the suede trim on the dash looks purple because of the
flash.

i'll post new pics soon with the rest of the stereo.

Awesome install job, nice and clean. Also great choice of equipment.. but then again I am partial The AVDW8000 is the best 8" screen around. It has so many options and audio versitility.

I'm posting better pics tomorrow but the system includes:
1 set of focal k2 power 6, 1/2 commponents.
an audison lrx 4 channel amp runs the set of commponents.
2 channels run the tweeters, and 2 channels run the mids.
An audio control dqx digitally crosses over the tweeters, mids, and the sub. The dqx also acts as a full 30 band Equilizer.
An audison 2 channel powers a single Focal Polyglass 13''.
I chose a Nakamichi CD400, and added a Delphi Xm radio hidden
in the glove box.

my cl didn't have nav so i put the screen where the A/C controls
were. I fit the din sized head unit, and a/c controls where the stock radio and note pocket were.

I'll post pics of my trunk, Fiber glass tweeter pods, (I relocated the tweeters further forward on the dash / pillar area for improved imaging and sound quality.)

Looks good, nice choice on the components too. I'm interested in seeing the pic of your tweeter pods. I'm working on putting together my system, prob gonna do HCLDs under the dash tho.

You sell the Nak stuff right? What's the best price you can do on the CD400?

Nakamichi is very exclusive, so its hard to get deals. CD400 i sell for about 390 or so.

here is what my pods look like. I just shaved the stock ones on the door.

I made the pod a separate piece from the pillar to avoid hacking my pillar
cover.

Aight, that's cool. I was just checking. I found a company close to here that would let me have one for $299.

Tweeter pod looks nice.
