2g TL Wiring question

Hey guys new owner of a 01 TL and looking to transfer all my stereo equipment from my 6th gen accord to the TL, but had a quick question..

- If I were to wire up a 4 channel amp for my speakers, where would I tap into the wire harness to get signals to the speakers without running new wires through the doors? Could I just get the wires coming to the factory bose amp or do I just tap into the wiring harness in the back of the headunit?

I've tried searching, but couldn'tfind any real solid answers...

I believe you want to catch the output side of the amp.

If you are going to be installing a new HU then why are you worrying about finding the signal?! You will connect everything with manual that you will get with the harness for your deck. Then you are running rca's to the amp.

If you were installing a LOC then you would just tap into the rear speaker channels... Either one. Or both for 4 channels.

^well if you want it to sound better and be much louder than right now, then yes. I did it a few weeks ago. Running the wires was fairly easy, other than door back to cabin. But i simplified the install and it took me literally a few hours to run both sides (taking my time)... If u have any questions, lemmme know.
