CL: 2003 Acura Cl Type-S Headlight Problem
2003 Acura Cl Type-S Headlight Problem
i resently bought a 03 acura cls and i realized that the driver side low beam didnt work so i checked the fuzes and it was blown but everytime i would put a new one and turn the lights on it would blow the fuzes can anyone help me with this
I just got my CLS and fortunately haven't had to mess with the headlights yet... definitely sounds like grounding issue though. If it was me I would start with checking the wiring to the ballasts (under the headlights I believe), and then from the ballast to the lights... may sure no exposed wiring, like from getting pinched somewhere or from someone splicing into the wiring for foglights, etc. Good luck!
(Um dumb I know, but make sure you are using the correct sized fuse and not just assuming the correct size based on what was in there.)

yeah i knoe i put a 20a fuze in there and i bought a new bulb and it was still the same so i hope it is the ballast because i ordered a new HID kit from ebay and im hoping that once a swap it out it will be all good
