theres mutiple ways to record DB levels at competitions.
different spots record different levels
it took a wall of 12's in the back of a focus to top it.
and the world record is around 180 for a single speaker if im not mistaken
thats ages over 160

haha everyone and their 2 12"s or 2 10"s... ask me, my best friend has a single 12" FI Car Audio BTL runnin 4200RMS @ 2ohms... Ever heard a 12" so loud? I don't think so. lol He's smashing 140db at the dash with a single 12... won first place at DB Drag out of his class.

If i read this right, your using 10" woofers for your highs.
can I ask why?
dont you know what a good set of tweeters,flush mounted in your door can do, I push thousands(literally) of watts and i have a set off infinity kappa's with about 1000 watts goin to them in my front doors and i hear all the highs fine. crisp and clean.
