Okay.... Here's The Situation

I want to know if it's possible to keep the oem car stereo/steering wheel controls and upgrade the speakers and amps.

I guess I would like to put in four new 6.5" speakers and throw a box in the back or better yet get an 10" open air sub for the deck. This way I keep the trunk space : o )

I'll probably have to just take the speaker out of the shell and throw my sub in the trunk.

Ideas anyone?:p

 

I thought the doors only hold 4" speakers...?

 

no I called the techs at the acura shop and they said they are four 16 cm speakers which pans out to four 6.5 inch speakers all located in the doors and some funky 9 inch sub in the rear deck... in a 2000 tl
