2 Stereos on TSX?

Is it possible to still use your stock stereo and an aftermarket in dash dvd player? I want to use maybe the In dash just for movies and still be able to listen to the radio and my cd's through the stock system? Is this possible

Yeah it's possible. Click on the link in my sig.

I run the OEM 6 Disc changer and have the Pioneer N1 hooked up through the AUX input. This allows me to still use the steering wheel controls.

Can you also use those controls for your Avic-N1?

There is a PAC peripheral that will let you use the OEM remote for other IR devices.

I chose to get the Pioneer remote instead because it also gives me voice activation and more buttons.

If you have more questions, feel free to post in the thread that I linked too. This way all of the info on my setup stays in the same thread. There is other good info about the install in the thread already, you might wanna check it out.

There are a number of posts showing how to buy the factory mouting bracket for the DVD and use that... the space between the poket door hinges is less than DIN width, so you can't hide a DIN in the pocket of a TSX...

1) Breathe into a flipping paper bag, dammit. You sound hysterical.

2) Thre have been numerous HU installs posted about in this forum. Have you searched? Have you reviewed Jonei's Sticky thread of DIY install posts?

3) Why do you want one? What are you looking for?

^^

I have an aftermarket headunit installed. You can click on my sig for pictures.
You should use the search like Eld mentioned, that's the best way to dig up old info.
