1997 TL amp install to factory deck

I have a 1997 3.2TL with the factory deck (cd and tape). I like the look of the stock deck and want to keep it but I would like to add an amp and sub to give the system a little extra kick.

What will it take to hook an amp up to my stock deck? Has anyone done this before on a 1st gen TL? If so, please share any tips you may have. I have installed my own amps for 25 years but don't want to bite off more than I can chew with this one.

Does the stock deck have RCA's or do I need to a HI LO Adapter?
