hi i sold one of my cars and i want to move the audio system to my 03 TL. i have a klipsch 12" sealed subwoofer, infinity reference 700w amp and a single din pioneer deck. my tl has the stock bose system and it also has the fake wood trim. i was wondering how the installation is for this car? is it hard? is there cutting? can i get retailers to install them? will the bose speakers sound crap with after market stereos? will i need to amplify them? is that hard? any recommendations? thanks.

 

no cutting necessary. they make installation kits for this car. a local retailer should have no problem doing the job. i would recommend that you replace the bose speakers. sooner than later. the bose system is rated at 2ohm and most after market systems are 4 ohm. you can run it but it will run "hot" at high volume.
