03 TL Odometer LCD

The LCD on my car seems to have gone all out. I can see the reading during the day..very light though but nothing at night.DO I need to change the whole LCD or just the bulb.DOes anyone has the procedure.Similar situation by automatic gear..no light...Thanks

I say change the bulbs first. The next step would be to change the whole speedo assembly, thats much pricier.
