Will have '02 or '03 radio with the in dash cd changer work in an 'O1 TL? Is it the same size? Are the connectors the same?

i believe it will be a direct swap. Only thing that you need is the code from the previous car the new HU cam from. I have seen many people hear swap out the old HU for the new ones. Do a search on it here

 

It is a direct swap. There is 1 difference in TL's with Navi. There is an extra harness slot on the newr model radios. Other than that no difference. Your harness will only fit into one of the radio harness slots not both. I helped Bigman with his when he had his TL.
