I wanted to know if it is possible to install a tv preferably in dash the ones that pop out and up type (sorry about the terminology) while keeping my in dash cd changer in tact?? I have a system in my car I heard b/c its a bose system you can't save the in dash changer. Also same question with installing a Nav system. If so please give any advice, types, etc. Thanks alot
