I know this is 8 pages to late but the simple answer to why Ron A is always on is because he never turns his computer off and he doesn't close his internet browser either and always leaves the BM forum open.

 

that doesn't answer how he responds to PM's close to immediately, and closes threads per BM rules so fast!!

I've already concluded after 8 pages, that Ron A is a robotic Chuck Norris.
