Those are physical dividers between the lanes not lines. They usually stop far enough before the intersection to let you do U turns. If its just lines I think you can swing u turns wherever the hell you want as long as there aren't signs. I do it all the time

Say you pulled a man over... he happens to be a father and a husband. You notice this man wearing woman's underwear. Will he be treated and differently than a man wearing men's underwear?

wow, ive actually never heard of that here in cali... damm...

um, if this is on the street and you had enough reasons to believe it was alcohol you could look in the bag (alcohol smell, stagger, way of drinking, etc...)

in a car i would imagine I could just look in it in the interest of public safety... ive never actually had this happen, usually i see a bottle under the seat and BLAMMO its mine

i dont like to say, sorry...

it's easy! just have a good background and be in somewhat ok shape, no drugs... lots of tests and lots of stressful situations, but if you work hard you can do it

1) confront occupants

2) split up people

3) run for warrants

4) ensure its consent, not forced

5) yell at the guy for endangering himself and his girl

6) send them on their way

7) if she's hot, tell my buddies how she looked
