People on Azine are pretty good about shipping....besides Paypal gives you 45 days to dispute a transaction....

I think its easy and safe to use paypal....I have used the Azine Blackmarket multiple times and never had a problem....

I'd give the seller about 24-48 hours after the sale to package/ship and return with a tracking number for you. Of course you can always work something out with the seller where they will be shipped the same day and the seller can then provide a tracking number within an hour or so.

In that unfortunate circumstance that is correct. You can follow up with us after a reasonable time has passed with no contact and contact paypal as well.

Just make sure the PayPal payment isn't made as a "gift" payment because if something happens (i.e. seller doesn't send item purchased), you won't be able to dispute it with PayPal.

It's also best to pay for purchase with a credit card... that way you can do a chargeback.

If you pay with paypal it is insured, if you are in the right paypal will give back the transaction.
