I stay in touch with a lot of members and talking back and forth thru pms and other communication can sometimes be a hassle if there are several messages back and forth.
Can this be worked on?

This is a cool idea but a terrible idea at the same time. Adding a chat feature to this site would more than likely get this site blocked at more than a few places of business.
