Guess this is hard to find. Anyone have one in working condition for sale or is there another that can be modified to work?
I have the 2003 Acura TL Base model.

I'm finding 77900-S84-A51 for your 03 TL-P, which is unfortunately discontinued.




Search car-part.com for a local salvage yard, maybe you'll get lucky?

Otherwise, you'd have to 'experiment' with something like the below?
This guy is claiming a 77900-S6M-A01 from 2002-2006 Acura RSX 77900S6MA01 fits your TL?

I found those as well. The last one I have inquired about. It is identicle to the one i removed. But I don't think its model number is 77900-S6M- A01.

 

Just curious, If it's possible, take front & rear picture of the cable reel you have on hand & post it up for evaluation.
