Any TSXers at this gathering that want to hear what one of the fiberglass sub boxes sounds like in their car? I have an extra drivers side fiberglass sub box in my garage and can throw an Alpine type E in it and just plug it in to your amp. Let me know. You can see a pick of it here....it's the passenger side https://acurazine.com/forums/audio-video-electronics-navigation-22/dueling-alpine-10s-firberglass-tsx-trunk-boxes-311418/

Can't wait to run for the border!

I am sure we would love to see the fibre glass enclosure. Maybe you want to start a thread at the TSX forum to see if any wants to come to the meet too.

WOW. Wish I could make it up there for this. I know it'd be a hassle crossing the border with my kids and having them in the car for just about the entire day. Plus I have to go out of town the following weekend.

Maybe another time.

Sounds like somebody needs some rear seat DVD action!! I might know a really good installer that could hook that up for you!! Wish you could make it.

Hey Powerfade: did u say you have one FRS radio?

Since the people from the states have a few already... they just have to hook up the channel with you and then we are all set.

I just don't know if everyone wants to chip in for a set.....

I only have one FRS radio, I rarely use it, if not never use it. It's pretty cheap for a set, just get 14 channels with 38 sub channels.

I just came back from Seattle, went down on Sat...no problems at the border...clear sailing!

Every weather forcast I've checked shows RAIN. I hope that's not true. BUT..... Every meet we've had in the last year has been tainted by precipitation.

It might show percipitation in Washington state but we have 10% chance of percipitation that day. So it is looking ok for this Sunday here in Vancouver. Just keep our fingers crossed.

By the way is 2pm Lunch reservation sound ok with everyone???????

HAVE we decided where the places we are cruising to and stopping at for pics maybe?
eg. stanely park, robson street, burnaby mountain, white rock,

I know for sure that you will all enjoy cruising through stanely park at 30km/hr....
its relaxing and no there are no traffic lights.

i'm not sure if there will be enough space to park our cars there...maybe 3rd beach, the light house, or the totem poles, and maybe prospect point....

Thanks again for taking care of the accomodations. We all appreciate it.!!!

For us south of the border... Please visit the link below so you know for sure what requirements we need to follow when crossing into Canada. We don't want anybody turned away because they forgot something. Joo know? If you got gun and ammo in your car... Remove it. Not only are we crossing the border. But we are a group of "predominantly darkish complectioned" folk, crossing into Canada/U.S. on 9/11.

Thanks y'all!!

If you bring your own sponge and car wash and shammy there is a car wash where you do it yourself. YOu are charged on the time you are using the equipment. I never tried it before but there is one just a block away from where we are meeting on Garden City Road. Once you get to the meet we can show you where.

Yeah just 2days away!!!! The weather should be good here in Vancouver that day!!!

I have one propose route we can take:

From Landsdowne Mall Parking lot to lunch at Sammy J Pepper to Burnaby Mountain to Robson Downtown and cutting along Demens to English bay to Stanley Park then pass Kitsilano Beach to jericho beach. From there we can head down to White Rock since our US members will be heading back and the border is only 5mins away. We can take pics at Burnaby Mountain/Stanley Park/Jericho/and White Rock. What do you guys think???

Question for the US members??? So we will expect you guys to arrive at Landsdowne Shopping Mall North West Parking Lot at around 11:30am to 12:30pm???
