lol. not a cooker here either.

this just came into my attention.. but It seems that this meet is going to be freaking huge.
Usually, only half of the people who said they were going to come usually shows up..
or maybe all of them might show up. Say 2/3 of the people shows up, thats about 45 cars
rough estimate.. is there enough space for all the cars to park?
If all of them shows up, thats 70+ cars(considering more people will join before june 11)..
I hope there is a parking big enough for that.. because I've been advertising this meet
in couple of websites I go to... im sure more people will turn up..

Just a concern.

and no, preludes are slow as hell. hahaha. they are fat ladies.

p.s: so theres nothing else I should bring? except cooking skills?

That sounds awesome. I planned on being there early as well. I'm a grillmaster myself. I reckon I could grill up some grub. All the help would be appreciated.

As far as the PARKING situation.... I'm a bit concerned myself. When I paid for the site I told the park people that we would have about 50 cars or so. The lot I planned on parking in would hold about 80 cars. I'll email the park staff tomorrow and see if I can up our attendance. We can't have noticable overflow. I will get fined if our crowd is bigger than I'm approved for.

Thanks everyone for the participation. No more advertising please. Let's focus on getting an accurate roster.

Legendary.... We need to send out confirmation messages closer to the meet date so we can get an accurate list.

It seems like more people need to voluteer to bring food/meat/etc.

Oh and I can do some cooking if necessary (to give someone a break). I've grilled burgers and steaks before.

He does need a trim bad. It's hard w/ him because he freakin wines like a baby when we hold his paw, and then when he hears the clip he flips out. I don't know if I cut his toe off or what. Scares the shit out of me. So, I let my wife do it.

Knock him in the head first. Or give him a beer. Or a Vicodin. Or just show him the alternative..... A belt sander!!

I haven't heard back from the Park Staff yet. But until I do let's suspend the invitations.

And let me know what I should bring for food - or I'll just grab some drinks and snacks

Please Read

We are restricting additions to the roster until further notice.

I am waiting to hear back from the park admin. for approval of more people and cars. Multiple branching of invites has led to this. Please help me keep this in line. If we are overflowing I will receive fines from the city of Seattle.
