PDX Oregon Mid-Summer Meet (Sonic II)
So lets start the talks of a mid summer meet.
I recently moved to Wilsonville, and they are close to finishing the new Sonic Drive out here. Figure we can do Sonic ver. 2.0
I dont know an exact date of when it will be open but i can assure you guys it will be shortly.
So lets get the list started to see who interested.

Ill drive by the site tomorrow and see if i can get a number to call to get a date for when it opens up so we can try and set a date from there.

...xmas 07 was the last time i was in STL to get some 
The way its looking now it will most likely be around that time. Still havnt been able to get a answer on opening day....but im still waiting on my ATLP..and i just ordered another big mod id like to install before the meet.
There is one in Hillsboro, which is where we had a meet at the start of summer. This meet will be at the Sonic in Wilsonville.

I feel you on the mod list.. im putting in my header this weekend and im still waiting for my custom NST pulley to come in the mail hopefully it will be before then.

Sykart is fun, small track though. But if you go with plenty of people that can drive, it can be fun. I've heard of Pat's Acres, and from what I hear, it sounds better than sykart.
BTW, today (8/26/08 Tuesday) I gave you thumbs up as you were merging onto 217 from the 26. The wheels look even sweeter in motion. I was in the Odyssey...

Ah shit i thought you looked familiar. I nodded back at ya but dont know if you could see through the tints.
Thanks man, ive yet to see it rolling...only as i pass windows, or the center of semi truck wheels. Im waiting for a couple more mods to go do rollshots.

i dont get thumbs up when i drive anymore.. i just get the rev engine and someone trying to race.. i miss those thumbs up days haha... whats the status on the sonic? i didnt know it but i guess there is one in vancouver and salem now too.. go figure.. just need a white castle now =)

Saw a second gen lowered on wheels in wilsonville the other day...gave a honk and a thumbs up...and was looked at by the driver like i had a dick growing out of my forehead...
Also saw a 3g NBP on lowered ASPECs here by where i work in hilsboro...wonder if it is PPLAPW's old car.
Anyways, as for sonic, i drove by last night after work and didnt see a single person. Ive got to go by there again tonight and see if i can have better luck.
The drive ins are almost done, order boxes are going up in the stalls, and the main building looks complete...so hopfully its soon.

^ I know in Hillsboro, there is a car very similar to mine... I've seen it parked near 26 and Cornielius Pass Road. The guy I sold my car to lives in Canada. He drove down from Vancouver BC, to buy my car...

btw what does FEI do anyways? we do a little work with them I think or compete in some categories. I'm just the web developer over here so I am out of the loop haha.

I just called the sonic hotline and they were unable to find the opening date info for me where they are at, but i gave them my contact info and they are going to send the request up to corp. or some thing and send me the needed information.
