I am setting this meet up about 4 weeks out so everyone can clear up some time or have an opportunity to get back to me with what their schedule allows. I am also creating a poll for locations, please vote for your favorite spot or make a new suggestion! Of course im gonna say bridgeport, but if this is a day time meet that will be all but pointless. That place is crawling with people on the weekends,...unless we wanted to put on a show for everyone shopping

The 11th works for me, day before my birthday so i doubt ill have anything going on.

just got my key cut and programmed today and it worked flawlessly. I'll see you guys at the meet. Have we decided on where to meet?

 

It looks like Washington Square Mall is clearly in the lead for where to have it at. But to do it there it'll have to be at night when the lots are empty which is around 9:00 - 9:30p.m. on a Saturday.

if we're doing a night shoot, we definitely should not do it on a saturday night. a weeknight or a sunday would be best for a night shoot...

 

May i suggest a possible night shoot at Bridge Port?
It has everything for a perfect night shoot.
-Section with lights in the road
-Giant Statues infront of PF Changs
-Hanging Bulb Lights
-Parking Garage

Only problem is, having to wait a little bit later for people to not be there. If
anyone is up for it ill be more than happy do a shoot there.

Also, would anyone be interested in me bringing my ASPEC wheels to the meet for a possible sale?

 

I am going to try and make it for the first time. The dealership doesn't close until 9 so I will be there asap

I agree, but if this is all the other members can do then we're on for it. UNLESS each person agree's to move it to Sunday night or a weeknight.

i think bridgeport would be sweet. but for a night shoot.. it would have to be REALLY late.. the restaurants dont close til late, so lots of cars will be around.. that may pose a problem

Cant we do a night shoot in the parking garage by Nordstrom's or in the under ground garage by the new shops? Stores close at 9 on Saturday. Just a thought

 

We can meet on Sat night at 9:00 and if we wnat to try it somewhere else the we can just go there. I have talked to a few people in my service dept and are going to show up at 9:00. We can all just talk about it then.

 

SSM 03 Type-S - Yes the stores close at 9 and most people flood out at 8:30, so taking pics at the new lots and the lot infront of the new stores is exactly what I was thinking. I think Russell is concerned with excess shoppers, but like MIKEGS62 said if it comes to there being too many people then we can just caravan to another spot.

actually, excess shoppers hadn't crossed my mind. i was more thinking that i typically have plans on saturday nights, where i'm more easily free other nights. saturday days are usually wide open though. but it looks like i'm outnumbered. i can still try to make that saturday night-meet. i'd love to, really
