Yeah, good job to Mike and Jeff for putting the word out and organizing everything! The t-shirts are great as well! I always enjoy our meets! Good job to Faiz as well as the rest of the guys for showing the support in result of our awards (eventhough I miss out on the little trophy) . Too bad we couldn't do a run afterwards (darn the cops)! I have to be nice because my lady is a deputy sheriff (the better of the law inforcements). Hope you guys made it home safely as well!

I just wanted to thank all of you for helping to make the Memorial Day Car Show such a success today!!!
The veterans thank you, the Philippine Cultural Center thanks you, and I thank you for making our team #1 !!!!!
As we were taking down the Taglish Tees tent, several of the veterans approached my wife and I to praise the response from our AcurazineVA crew and thank us for sponsoring the event. Uncle Romy, President of FAVHR, had tears welling up in his eyes as he repeatedly thanked us for helping to bring the event together and I wanted you all to know that you helped to support some of the toughest, bravest, and kindest men that I have ever known. These men fought hard for our country, many are survivors of some infamous WWII battles and even survived the Bataan death march. Again, I want to thank you for showing up and supporting this great cause.
Also.. I don't know if you noticed who was judging, but it was Francisco from passport JDM. He races the yellow Integra that was on the flyer. He commented to me about how great our team was, and stated that he is looking forward to joining us on the forums sometime soon.
Now for the fun stuff..
This victory for Team AcurazineVA means that ALL AcurazineVA vehicles (even those of you who couldn't make it today) have earned the right to be in the July 5, Fil-Am Friendship Day parade at Redwing Park (VA Beach) and be put on display all day for nearly 12,000 visitors to admire. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR JULY 5th and food will be provided FREE OF CHARGE as well, compliments of Farm Fresh.
Oh yeah.. I almost forgot.. I promise you, our models WILL be there on July 5 so be sure to bring your cameras.
For those of you who requested shirts and didn't get them, please contact me by PM or call my cell 636-1987 so we can make arrangements. I hope you all liked the shirts and enjoyed our spot in the shade today. I can't wait to see the pics!!! BTW.. for anyone who was accidentally charged tax on their shirt (and paid $10.50 instead of $10, please let me know.. I owe you 50 cents/shirt.
Finally, GREAT JOB Faiz for taking home 3rd place in the Import Category and THANK YOU for being our resident photographer for the day!!!!! If you have an account on webshots, please post and share the link with me.
This was truly a stellar day for AcurazineVA!!!! It was a blast hanging out with you guys!

Nice meeting everyone at the meet. Thread number two is below. See you all at the next one. Perhaps have some engine mods by then.
As for the judging..make no mistake about it. If the judges look like those "tuner types", no need to even think any TL's will get first place.

Thanks again Mike for all the effort, and you too Jeff. I know you could not make it out but you still helped organize it all.

Just a quick note guys...seems like everyone had a good time and congrats to you guys for bringing home best team, I didn't have any doubts that you would.
I'm at work still (got duty tonight) so tomorrow afternoon when I get home I'll take a look at all the pics. The proxy here at work blocks a lot of image hosting websites. Really wish I could have made it out, but glad there was a good turnout.
