Saturday night, sunday morning, at 1:00am, Me in my cls, and my brother in his solara, went out to beltway 495, in Maryland through the S turns to try out my new springs! I just got some Tien springs put on and I wanted to try them out, so we did it when there was less traffic on the road! As we got to 495(4 lanes) from I-270, we saw a spec V and a Maxima fly by. Since me and my brother where doing 75mph, I think they were going about at least 95 to 100mph! I flashed my lights at my brother Once, and we begin to chase! The s turns last about 2 miles! We were a quarter of a mile in to the S turns, and we caught up to them! So both of the guys hit, and so did we! We came into One turn and me and my brother split in between them, and was toying with them! We hit One more curve and we begin to pull away at 115mph! We hit the next curve at 120mph. Then we pulled off the exit and was laughing about the way we whoop those guys! So on the way back home We went through the S turns again, and when we got to the end to get back on I-270 where it turns into 6 lanes, this 300 hemi C, was playing with my brother, so they started racing, and my brother was giving it to the hemi C! At this time i let them put about 7 cars on me, then I begin to hit it! My brother was doing 142mph and started pulling away from the hemi C which, give or take was doing about 125 or 130mph! I blew by the 300 hemi C like he was standing still! I hit 150mph before I shut it off and caught my brother! That was the fasted i ever been in my car! Well we had a lot of fun that night, and I love my new springs! I just thought I would share my night with having my new springs on! Lucky there where no cops in sight!

lil_turbo4, your brother is taking a real chance with the police at such high speed... be very careful about that!
Anyway, it seems like I will be travelling down to Maryland that weekend with a friend of mine, we'll be visiting another friend of ours; who owns TurboEast performance shop. So I will try to make it if the schedule does not conflict. If I go, I will probably cruise with you guys for only alittle bit, but I don't think I will be racing...
I won't have my TL, because I'm getting things done to my zo6. Is that ok to bring a zo6 to a TL meet.....
Anyway, it seems like I will be travelling down to Maryland that weekend with a friend of mine, we'll be visiting another friend of ours; who owns TurboEast performance shop. So I will try to make it if the schedule does not conflict. If I go, I will probably cruise with you guys for only alittle bit, but I don't think I will be racing...

From a stand still, good luck to the cops trying to catch me! They would have had to come get us! You gotta understand, if there at a stand still clocking you, they got to get up to speed! By the time they got up to speed, we will be gone! Trust me!

I know thats fast! I got a little spooked getting up that high! But it was really fun! My brother still cant believe I was going dat fast and caught him and passed him! He told me, that he didn't have anymore to give! LOL! We laughed about it afterwards! He told me that nobody, has ever caught him like that in the higher speeds! He said, hes just glad it was family and nobody else! hahaha!

I know one thing, I can't beat his corrolla! Nobody can! He beat a zo6 like 2 weeks ago! Im scared of that thing! It too damn fast! Hes never been beatin in it yet, well except for this supra! But the supra just barely won, guy beat him by a nose! That supra had over 1200hp. It was one of our homeboys, but it was cool, cause he apart of us!

Yeah I think that I am going to opt out for the cruise portion of this meet. I don't wanna be cruising with a shit load of cars and end up on the side of the road as a group all getting tickets. I have done my share of stupid shit and I still do on a occasion. However, in a large group like this the more people acting like asshats on the road the more chances we have getting pulled over. Obviously some people haven't seen the VW group (either NJ or PA if memory serves me correctly)that taped themselves being asshats. They got pulled over and the officer saw a camcorder and watched all the video. Needless to say everyone in the group ended up getting reckless driving tickets. Just some food for thought and my

With age comes wisdom. I have done my fare share of racing and almost getting killed, it's just not worth it. I'm possibly down for a leisurely cruise but if it ends up looking like an F1 race then I'll pass...

^ if this is the case, i also threw out the idea that we hit some 2 lane country road north of Olney for some cruise shots. we're still debating on the arundel mills idea -- traffic! i just dont want anyone complaining that the cruise was

Ummmmm.... I don't think so, see this is how it works! If a cop sees you speeding that fast and he goes and chases you! Yes he does radio you, but most of the time the nearest back up for them is about 3 to 5 minutes away, thats enough time to get away! I know this because my dads a cop and I grew up around cops all my life, so I know how most of them think!

a engine swap! A big ass turbo! The fastest he ran in the 1/4 mile was a 10.1. Only why he ran that is because the wheels were spinning and he couldn't get good traction! A lot of people say he can break 10's if he stop spinning, but its just so much power in that little car!

Im going to try and see if he can bring it to the meet! Its in the shop cause the Turbo blew! I told you its to much power for that car, but at least he gets his new turbo free, cause he sponsered! So its all good!
