What do you guys think about a Spring Meet? We can have a meet at Ross Dock in Ft. Lee. I figure by mid April we should have our wheels back on, and don't have to worry about snow. How does April 15th sound?

I dont know if I can do Sundays for awhile, my baseball season starts the first weekend in April. Once I get my schedule, I'll see about Sundays.

 

sounds good, any saturday/sunday is good for me, there was that tristate meet that the acura legend person made a thread for, but there wasn't much interest from AZ so i think i'll do this meet instead.

 

fort lee only 5-10 minutes from where i live. sunday is good,sat ok if after 5pm

 

i'm always down for a meet.plat just keep me posted cuz i have short term memory loss from my earlier years.

Alright guys I sent it out to a few guys and here is what we got for March 19th at 1:00 pm at Ross Dock in Ft. Lee ..I'll post directions in a little bit. We are doing this since the last Paramus meet we looked like ass while all the other groups were rolling 30-50 deep. I sent a pm to most of you, but the more the merrier. Remember guys this is not a group who is gonna be doing donuts in parking lots and being reckless. We want a nice crew that will go to shows, meets , have barbecues things like that. Add anyone to list I may have forgotten. To all the guys who are away at school, we'll get you in late May.

Also, i was just thinking. Why not try to contact and have a meet at Montclair Acura in the future. They seem like they are the main sponsor on this site. Maybe they could sell parts or something? They are connected to this site so im sure they would do something for us. Again, just an idea.

Why don't we wait till we see how this happens and in the summer, I can contact them and see if they would like to sponsor a BBQ or something like that on their property. There really isn't a point to contact them now with only a few people.

like plat said the more the merrier and if u own/owned an acura i doubt anyone will have a problem with it.......plat the tranny is running fine ill be there i just have to get the vtec solenoids looked at but ill definatly be there even if god forbid the car ended back up in the shop

i'm in most likely, i'm in queens but we were talkin about this in another thread and i'd like to go...i just don't want to promise anything and then not show up, i'll know for sure in a week, for now i'm on spring breakkkk!!!!

 

ahhh damn I have to work that sunday! I really don't think there is going to be a way for me to avoid that day. Is there anyway this date can be changed to the sunday before or after?

 

I think next Sunday is a little short notice that's why I put it 2 weeks away to give people time to check their schedules and things. Most people can't do Saturdays due to work and family things.

Sunday the Mar 19 or Mar 26 is good for me. Just as long we can have a good turn out, that's what matters. No matter what sunday its on, looking forward to seeing you guys again and the Acuras.

 

19th sunday im no good.. maybe in the later afternoon im good but 26th im open all day.

Im down-idk if ill still have the tsx then. Is this Acura only? I know a couple kids that would want to come-a couple E36 m3s, RX-7, G35, C55
